My forever companion Atlas, my first Great Dane and eternal Golden Girl, has been by my side since she was 8 weeks old. She was destined for greatness in therapy and animal services. Atlas sets the standard for our rescues, and I'm so proud of her prior work in ER therapy and as my service animal after my stroke. She’s more than just a pet –
she’s my lifeline. ❤️🐾

I’m thrilled to share that Kora, my second service dog, has been a game-changer for me. Trained mainly by myself, she’s adapted perfectly to my stroke deficit needs.
Adopted a year after my stroke, she’s been indispensable. She’s also a role model in our rescue program, following in the footsteps of Atlas, who retired from service duties at 7.

Rue's been a handful since day one, but 4 years with her have been worth it. Adopting her at 8 weeks old meant a wild ride of ups and downs, but her growth has shown me the importance of tailored training and patience for reactive dogs. Her progress is a testament to what's possible, and it's fueled my passion for helping other dogs like her find purpose.

PRINCE ZUKO
Zuko is a 5 month old Staffordshire Terrier mix that was saved from a unfortunate situation in New Mexico. He is up to date on all vaccinations, and scheduled to be neutered next month. Zuko is going to make an excellent therapy pup and is already trained for grounding techniques as well as basic obedience, crate, and leash training. Zuko will be available for adoption on 6/10/2026.
